KonMari for Good: Our 2020 Warm Stuff Drive for Prevention Point

In January, Prevention Point opened their warming center in Kensington for 24 hours due to the Code Blue bitter cold. Typically, people try to take the blankets that are reserved for the space with them, but because of the generosity of our team members, they left with items they desperately needed – approximately 400 coats, blankets, sweaters, and other warm items.

Our DonorPerfect Sales Representative Paula reached out to her friends and collected 200 pieces on her own, while our Director of Implementation Eleanor rallied the community she’s built around spin to participate. This is one of many reasons it’s a blessing to belong to the SofterWare Family.
